Why this webpage? Recently, after visiting this library for the past ten years, the children's librarian asked that Circus Vargas do not visit their library. She was contacted by PeTA, and without looking at both sides of the issue, the librarian chose to over rule the desire of the community and canceled the appearance.
We encouraged her to do her own research. She claimed she did not know where to begin. (She's the librarian)
